    For the most part, no. You can use the vast majority of LifeMart discounts multiple times for ongoing shopping as long as your GoodBundle subscription stays active. Just keep in mind that a few specific brands or stores might set their own limits on quantity or how frequently a single user can redeem an offer. All those specifics and expiration dates are clearly listed right on the individual coupon inside the LifeMart portal.
  • What should I do if I don’t get my registration email?
    First, check your spam or junk folder to make sure the message didn't get diverted. If it has been more than seven days since you signed up and you still can't find it, log into your GoodBundle portal to verify that your subscription is active and that your account email is spelled correctly. If your account looks correct and you still can't log in via the portal's LifeMart link, reach out to our support team and we will get it sorted out.

  • Will my payment amount change?
    Nope! You will continue to pay the same amount. And the best part is that for the very same price, you will get additional benefits! We're all about making life easy-peasy for you. So, rest assured, the GoodBundle magic won't mess with your monthly budget.
  • What exactly is changing?
    It’s simply a transition from Terrapass to GoodBundle. You will now see GoodBundle on your billing statement, and all future communication will come from GoodBundle. Everything you currently receive remains the same, plus you will get extra benefits!
  • What are the extra benefits available?
    Your GoodBundle membership comes with some exciting new features. Get ready to quench your thirst for savings with an incredible 10% discount on HomeWater, the ultimate solution for home water filtration.   • How do I access my membership account?
    We'll kickstart your GoodBundle journey with a welcome email that contains a link to set up your GoodBundle account and password. Once you've done that, you'll gain full access to the wonders of GoodBundle.
  • What happens to my electricity discount?
    Your discounted electricity rate stays put, unchanged and unshakable. As long as you maintain an active GoodBundle membership, that sweet discount will continue to grace your bill.
  • How do I make changes to my account?
    You've got options! Set up and access your GoodBundle account online to make all necessary changes. If you prefer a personal touch, give us a call or shoot us an email.
