  • What exactly is changing?
    It’s simply a transition from Terrapass to GoodBundle. You will now see GoodBundle on your billing statement, and all future communication will come from GoodBundle. Everything you currently receive remains the same, plus you will get extra benefits!
  • What are the extra benefits available?

Get ready to quench your thirst for savings with an incredible 10% discount on HomeWater, the ultimate solution for home water filtration. Please note that no HomeWater products are included with your GoodBundle membership, but any HomeWater purchase you make will be 10% off.   • How do I access my membership account?
    We'll kickstart your GoodBundle journey with a welcome email that contains a link to set up your GoodBundle account and password. Once you've done that, you'll gain full access to the wonders of GoodBundle.
  • What happens to my electricity discount?
    Your discounted electricity rate stays put, unchanged and unshakable. As long as you maintain an active GoodBundle membership, that sweet discount will continue to grace your bill.
  • How do I make changes to my account?
    You've got options! Set up and access your GoodBundle account online to make all necessary changes. If you prefer a personal touch, give us a call or shoot us an email.
  • Who can I contact if I have questions?

  • What happens if I cancel my GoodBundle subscription?
    The planet will miss out on the positive climate action that comes with GoodBundle, and you’ll miss out on all the perks – like the discounts on both your energy plan and HomeWater subscription or products if applicable.
